Description: The intention behind our four session course is to empower you on your journey of expression and healing with sound. This course will focus on the playing of an Idiopan and light percussion, a basic study of rhythm, the impact that both tools of rhythm and melody can have on the human body, and the honing of intention and presence to enhance the benefits of sound. No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take this course. Regardless of your experience with meditation and/or instruments, we promise that Foundations in Percussion and Rhythm will meet you right where you are.
 

Pricing: The course is priced at $200. This includes the following:
 

• 4 Group Sessions of 75 Minutes

• A high quality recording from the last day of class featuring you and your fellow students.

• 20% off of one Sound Meditation facilitated by our school staff - Schedule Here

• Idiopan Rentals are an additional $50

• If you wish to purchase an Idiopan you will receive a 10% discount.
   

Course Dates: October 3, 10, 17, 24 from 1:00pm - 2:15pm
 

Requirements: To participate in the course you must have access to a 12-Inch Idiopan and Rattle both during class and at home. We offer Idiopan rentals and student discount purchase options.
 

Capacity:  This course is limited to 5 students in order to practice social distancing.  There will be a wait list of 3 people and you will be notified if a space becomes available.
